Tw14 - 4 rounds:
10 SolidFitness Nation Push-ups
10 Hang Cleans ½ BW (use a Barbell or 2 DB’s)
10 Front Squats ½ BW
10 Push Presses ½ BW
1 Front/1 Back SolidFitness Nation Wrist Wroller
